Where can I find the latest company or department updates?

Company and department updates are posted in ClickUp under Company Hub & Knowledge → Announcements, and in the Community section of Paylocity.

Who do I contact for technical issues with company systems?

Submit the IT Trouble Ticket form in ClickUp. IT receives it immediately and will follow up. For dashboards, reports, automation or integrations, use the Technology Request Center instead.

I forgot my ClickUp or email password: what now?

Use the Forgot Password link on the ClickUp login page. For any other company system, contact IT.

How do I submit an idea or process improvement?

Use the Suggestion Box in ClickUp for your department. Confidential concerns or possible policy violations can go through the HR Helpdesk, the Suggestion Box, or directly to HR.

How do I request time off?

All time-off requests go through Paylocity (KIV: PeopleForce). Notify your direct supervisor by email as well, and coordinate with your team so your workload is covered.

What should I do if I witness or experience an accident at work?

Call 911 for emergencies. Report the incident to your supervisor immediately, then notify HR and/or Safety. Safety's 24/7 line: (219) 202-4343.

Is PTO accrued or available immediately?

PTO begins accruing immediately upon employment, but you must complete 60 days before using accrued PTO unless other arrangements have been made. Balances and accrual rates are in Paylocity.

Which holidays does AFC observe?

New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. You must be active for the entire workday immediately preceding the holiday to receive holiday pay.

How do I enroll in or update benefits?

You become eligible on the first of the month following 45 days of employment. You'll get an email in your first week with instructions to register in Employee Navigator.

What do I do during a breakdown?

Follow emergency response procedures and notify your supervisor or maintenance immediately. The maintenance line: (331) 214-8925. Vendor selection follows procedures in the Maintenance Space.

KIV: When is salary paid?

Monthly, typically between the 5th and 10th. The exact date can shift for weekends and holidays. Payments cover the previous month using the official exchange rate from the last calendar day.

KIV: How much paid vacation do I get?

14 days per year, normally in blocks of 7-8 consecutive days max. Submit requests in PeopleForce. Short absences: two weeks' notice. Vacations of 7+ days: three months' notice.

KIV: A friend wants to join AFC: how do they apply?

Have them email an English-language CV to HR@afcteam.md with your name in the subject line (e.g. "Dispatch Position: Reference John Smith").

KIV: Can I move to another department?

Email your current manager explaining your interest and reasons. They'll arrange a meeting with Tim Johnson and the receiving department's manager. If approved, the receiving manager builds an integration plan.
