Submit the IT Trouble Ticket form in ClickUp. IT receives it immediately and will follow up. For dashboards, reports, automation or integrations, use the Technology Request Center instead.

Use the Suggestion Box in ClickUp for your department. Confidential concerns or possible policy violations can go through the HR Helpdesk, the Suggestion Box, or directly to HR.
All time-off requests go through Paylocity (KIV: PeopleForce). Notify your direct supervisor by email as well, and coordinate with your team so your workload is covered.

PTO begins accruing immediately upon employment, but you must complete 60 days before using accrued PTO unless other arrangements have been made. Balances and accrual rates are in Paylocity.
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. You must be active for the entire workday immediately preceding the holiday to receive holiday pay.
You become eligible on the first of the month following 45 days of employment. You'll get an email in your first week with instructions to register in Employee Navigator.

Monthly, typically between the 5th and 10th. The exact date can shift for weekends and holidays. Payments cover the previous month using the official exchange rate from the last calendar day.
14 days per year, normally in blocks of 7-8 consecutive days max. Submit requests in PeopleForce. Short absences: two weeks' notice. Vacations of 7+ days: three months' notice.

Email your current manager explaining your interest and reasons. They'll arrange a meeting with Tim Johnson and the receiving department's manager. If approved, the receiving manager builds an integration plan.
